Group of the European Youth for Change https://www.geyc.ro/Group of the European Youth for Change – GEYC is a Romanian youth non profit organisation active at the international level aiming to empower young people to change their communities. It is mainly focused on capacity building in the digital field and on education. GEYC is the initiator of European Digital Youth Summit – EDYS and GEYC Community - one of the first digital youth communities in Romania bringing together teachers, youth workers and young people.

Gabriel BREZOIU
Trainer/Facilitator, PrismaEU Staff https://www.linkedin.com/in/gabrielbrezoiu/Gabriel is a Romanian trainer and project manager specialised in the non profit field at national and European levels. With over 15 years of experience in youth projects focusing on democracy, digital and entrepreneurship, he is one of the founders of GEYC and the initiator of the PRISMA European Network. He has been trained in over 15 European countries on various topics, with a geographical focus on the Mediterranean area and the Latin America. Back in 2010, he founded the GEYC Community - an innovative platform dedicated for young people in Romania - one of the first European initiatives of digital youth work. In 2018, Gabriel was included in the "Forbes 30 under 30" ranking, most successful youth in Romania.

Diana IONIȚĂ
Trainer/Facilitator https://linkedin.com/in/dianaadelaionitaDiana has academic studies in Communications with a focus on intercultural discourse (BA and MA) and complementary training in Educational management (MA), Advanced Intercultural Dialogue Facilitation, Psycho-pedagogy, or Education for Development in a multicultural environment. She is currently the Head of Digital at GEYC. With previous working experience in media & PR for educational institutions (2006-2012) and a 9-month EVS project in Spain (2012), Diana has also been actively involved in youth work since 2009, having an active role in or leading 100+ projects. In 2015-2016, Diana was Member of YEU Working Group on Internet Governance. In 2021-2022 she was a Member of the Advisory Board on Digital Transformation for the European youth field, SALTO Participation & Information Resource Centre.

Ana-Maria Todoran
Trainer/Facilitator www.linkedin.com/in/ana-maria-todoran/Ana is a youth worker, facilitator, environmental activist, with a BA and MSc in Environmental Sciences, finishing Summa Cum Laude. She represents the Head of Sustainability at GEYC. Besides her dedication for GEYC, she is as well a research assistant and PhD student in Environmental Research. Her mission is to drive change through the power of example and empower the youth to engage in opportunities, transitioning towards a more sustainable way of living. She actively contributes to raising awareness about climate change and sustainability matters as a EU Climate Pact Ambassador. She participated in several Erasmus projects, international and national events focusing on topics related to environmental protection, policies, sustainability and green cities.

Adelina Dragomir

Dynamic trainer and facilitator with 10+ years of experience managing European-level projects (Erasmus+, Horizon Europe, Creative Europe), focusing on entrepreneurship, digital citizenship, democratic facilitation, social inclusion, and youth engagement.
Led training and facilitation sessions for over 2000 diverse participants, including educators, policymakers, and youth, utilizing democratic and intercultural methods.
