MAP MO’REAL YOUth was a Training Course (TC) that focused on enhancing the skills of youth workers in project management, specifically in decision making and the inclusion of youth in isolated communities, as well as their participation in the development of their communities.
The project included two training courses that involved 24 participants from eight organizations from seven countries, including GEYC Association from Romania, a PRISMA member organization, with two organizations from France and French Polynesia. The main objective of the project was to provide an introduction to the Erasmus+ Youth in Action Programme, critically reflect on previous international experiences, and equip youth workers with the knowledge for decision making in planning and developing initiatives with youngsters, and improving their project management competencies.
The project was conducted with two training courses held in Gerzat (France) and Moorea-Maiao (French Polynesia), with the aim of facilitating the creation of partnerships among the organizations involved and supporting participants in putting into practice the learnings gained.
