1. Purpose & Objectives

GEYC, as the beneficiary of the CERV Operating Grant 2026, launches this call to support PRISMA member organisations in implementing local activities that strengthen digital citizenship and democratic participation in line with PrismaEU 2026 Work Plan.

  • Implementation of National Digital Democracy Labs.
  • Active contribution to the European Digital Citizenship Week (EDCW).
  • Participation in the European Digital Youth Summit (EDYS) 2026.
  • Enhanced organisational capacity in line with EU values.

2. Eligibility Criteria

Applicants must meet the following mandatory requirements:

  • Be a member of PRISMA European Network as of 01/01/2026.
  • Be a non-profit legal entity established in an EU Member State.
  • Respect EU Values (Art. 2 TEU and EU Charter of Fundamental Rights).

4. Financial Provisions

Form of Grant: Based on actual costs incurred.

Payment Schedule:

  • 60% Advance Payment: 1,575 EUR (Disbursed April 2026).
  • 40% Final Payment: Up to 1,050 EUR (Based on documented costs).

Results of the PRISMAEU OG 2026 FSTP Call

Publication date: 26.02.2026
Following the publication of the PRISMAEU-OG-2026-FSTP Call for Proposals, GEYC – Group of the European Youth for Change has completed the evaluation and selection process of third-party organisations that will implement activities under the PRISMA Framework for Digital Democracy and Citizenship in 2026.

The call was open to eligible member organisations of the PRISMA European Network established in EU Member States. The objective was to provide financial support to organisations committed to implementing coordinated national and European activities focused on digital citizenship, democratic participation and democratic resilience.

Evaluation process

All applications underwent:

  • an eligibility check,
  • and a quality assessment based on the following award criteria:
    • Proven implementation capacity
    • Communication & outreach capacity
    • Thematic relevance to PRISMA objectives

The selection process was conducted in line with the principles of transparency, equal treatment and avoidance of conflicts of interest. Only organisations reaching the minimum required threshold were considered for funding.

What’s next

The selected organisations will now enter the contracting phase. Implementation will begin in March 2026 and continue throughout the year, contributing to a coordinated European effort to strengthen digital citizenship competences and democratic engagement.
